1. The content, entry into force and modification of this agreement

The content of this agreement includes the text of the agreement and all rules that have been released or may be released in the future by this APP. All rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as the text of the agreement. If you have any questions about the agreement, you should consult this APP. When you become a registered user of this APP, it means that you accept this APP User Agreement and legal agreement. As long as you use the APP platform services, this agreement will bind you. You should not claim that this agreement is invalid or request to revoke it on the grounds that you have not read the content of this agreement or have not received answers to your inquiries from this APP.

You confirm that the terms of this agreement are a contract dealing with the rights and obligations of both parties, and are always valid. If there are other mandatory provisions of the law or special agreements between the two parties, such provisions shall prevail. You promise to accept and abide by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you should immediately stop the registration process or stop using the APP platform services.

This APP has the right to formulate and modify this agreement and/or various rules from time to time as needed, and publish them on this APP platform without separately notifying users. Once the revised agreement and rules are announced on the platform, they will take effect immediately. If you do not agree to the relevant changes, you should stop using the APP platform services immediately. If you continue to use the services of this APP platform, it means that you accept the revised agreement and rules.

2. Registration

Registered qualified users must be natural persons, legal persons or other organizations with legally corresponding rights and capacity to act, and can independently assume legal responsibilities. When you complete the registration process or actually use the services of this platform in other ways agreed by this APP platform, it is deemed that you have confirmed that you have the qualifications of the subject and can independently bear legal responsibilities. If you do not have the subject qualification, you and your guardian shall bear all the consequences caused by it.

3. Registration information

3.1 Accuracy and update

Users should provide registration information to this site in good faith, and users guarantee that the registration information provided by them is true, accurate, complete, legal and valid. If there is any change in the user registration information, the registration information should be updated in time. If the registration information provided by the user is illegal, untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, the user shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom, and this APP reserves the right to terminate the user's use of various services on this platform.

3.2 Confidentiality

When the user browses and performs other activities on this site, if the user's real name, mailing address, contact number, email address and other private information are involved, this site will keep it strictly confidential, unless authorized by the user or otherwise stipulated by law. This site will not disclose user privacy information to the outside world except as provided in the APP privacy policy or as required by law.

4. Account

4.1 Account creation and management

After you have successfully registered, you will become a user of this APP platform and will hold an account with a unique identifier on this APP platform. You can change your password according to the regulations of this site.

4.2 Account name

The name you set should be your real name and shall not infringe or be suspected of infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others. Otherwise, this APP has the right to terminate the service to you and cancel your account. After the account is canceled, the corresponding member name may be made available for registration by other users.

4.3 Account security and responsibility

You should save and use your account and password carefully and reasonably, and be responsible for the actions implemented through your account and password. Unless required by law or judicial ruling, and with the consent of this APP, the account and password shall not be transferred, gifted or inherited in any way (except for property rights and interests related to the account).

4.4 Prohibited lending

The user shall not lend the account registered on this site to others; otherwise the user shall bear all the responsibilities arising therefrom, and shall bear joint and several liability with the actual user.

4.5 Report unauthorized use

If you find any illegal use that may endanger the security of your account, you should immediately notify the APP in an effective manner to request the suspension of relevant services, and report the case to the public security organ. You understand that it takes time for this APP to take action on your request, and this APP is not responsible for any consequences (including but not limited to any losses you have suffered) that have occurred before taking action.

5. Reasonable use of user information

5.1 Communications and notifications

You agree that this APP platform has the right to send information and other notifications to users registered on this site through email, SMS, calls, or other contact methods.

5.2 Disclosure at the request of authorities

You understand and agree that this APP has the right to provide necessary information such as the registration information and transaction records you filled out on this APP platform at the request of national judicial, administrative and other competent authorities.
